    That’s an interesting report. I particularly like the first bullet point “A low-cost global network will be thriving and creating new opportunities in a “flattening” world.”

    With the new undersea cables coming into Africa, and a slow opening up of the networks, I’m optimistic that these changes will indeed come - hopefully sooner than later.
